Property Manager, Aspen Core – Ideal candidate must have excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Individual will be responsible for coordination of operational activities for complex property. Willingness to train and manage others to be responsive to clients’ needs required. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. One to two years related professional background including association experience and/or equivalent training expected. Maintenance Tech 1 – This is an entry level position on our property services team and is full-time work on a permanent basis. Candidates should have some basic knowledge of one or more of the following and be able to describe personal experience and/or skills that relate: landscape maintenance requirements for the Summer season in Colorado, exterior painting/staining of wood, snow removal, customer service. A successful candidate will present with a professional appearance and employ good interpersonal skills when communicating with others. Loading Dock Assistant – This is an entry level position on our property services team and we are offering one full-time position as well as 1 part-time position; both positions are permanent. Candidates should have good customer service skills and be able to speak fluently in English. The assistant works with the loading dock supervisor to provide garbage and recycling collection services, package delivery services, and assists with the maintenance of a commercial loading dock facility. Permanent full-time employees are eligible for benefits which become available after the first full month of employment.
A/R Clerk – This is a full-time entry level position with our Accounting Team. Candidate should be dedicated and detail-oriented with excellent leadership skills. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience or a BS in Accounting. Position includes competitive salary and benefits, paid vacation, 401K, ski pass, and bonus opportunities.
