Guest Services

This is an entry level position based in Aspen. (Part-time, Weekends, and Holidays, Seasonal)  The Guest Services representative for The Romero Group performs a variety of tasks on behalf of our clients. Every TRG employee will spend their work hours contributing to the improvements of appearances and operations of the company’s client properties.  The guest services representative will primarily work independently or, on occasion, as part of a team depending on what is required based on circumstances; the guest services representative may work with TRG maintenance technicians, with TRG managers, with TRG housekeeping staff, or other TRG employees, as well as guests and/or property owners. Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $21.00.

Housekeeper

This is an entry level position on our housekeeping team.  Full-time and part-time positions available.  We are currently seeking candidates for a new property in the Mid Valley (Willits Town Center).  The Housekeeper will perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean environment and ensure that the assigned property is clean and sanitized for all users.  The housekeeper will primarily work independently at the assigned property to complete daily work assignments.  A successful candidate will present with a professional appearance and employ good interpersonal skills when communicating with others.  Permanent full-time employees are eligible for benefits which become available after the first full month of employment.  Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $22.00.

Maintenance Tech 1

This is an entry level position on our property services team and is full-time work on a permanent basis. Candidates should have some basic knowledge of one or more of the following and be able to describe personal experience and/or skills that relate:  landscape maintenance requirements for the Summer season in Colorado, exterior painting/staining of wood, snow removal, customer service. A successful candidate will present with a professional appearance and employ good interpersonal skills when communicating with others. Maintenance Supervisor

This is a full-time, year-round, senior level position.  We have openings in Upper-valley and Mid-valley locations.  The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for motivating, planning, managing, and directing activities of maintenance team staff.  Candidates should have extensive knowledge of construction, electric, HVAC, landscaping, maintenance, plumbing, repairs, and snow removal.  Individual should be able to describe personal experience demonstrating leadership, management, strong communication, and supervisory skills.  Minimum requirement of five years’ experience in skilled maintenance, repair, and property management service including direct supervision of staff.  Candidate must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date.  Position requires willingness to work weekends and to participate in On Call Rotation.  Vocational training, bachelor’s or advanced degree, and/or technical certifications will be considered a plus for individuals interested in this position.  Salary range:  $55,000 to $65,000 annually plus full benefits package.

Maintenance Tech 2

This is an advanced level position on our property services team and is full-time work on a permanent basis.  Candidates will have basic knowledge of maintenance work with advanced experience in a specialty area such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, irrigation, or construction.  A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with direction.  A desire to advance to a management level is a plus.  Permanent full-time employees are eligible for benefits which become available after the first full month of employment.  Hourly rate range:  $19.00 to $25.00.

General Accountant

This is a full-time entry level position at our corporate office located in Basalt (Willits Town Center).  The General Accountant is responsible for fulfilling administrative and accounting functions to assist and support the accounting team.  The general accountant will work independently or as part of a team as determined by necessity.  Responsibilities include supporting accounting team with preparation of checks, balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and finance charges.  As well, general accountant will work on reconciliation of bank accounts, verification of deposits, and addressing bank inquiries.  Minimum of one to two years’ experience in accounting required.  Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Plate IQ, or other accounting software programs.  Compensation includes competitive hourly rate and benefits, paid vacation, 401(k), ski pass/wellness benefit, bonus opportunities, and profit-sharing.  Willing to consider work from remote location if circumstances permit.  Hourly rate range:  $20.00 to $ 25.00.

Accounts Receivable (A/R) Accountant

This is a full-time entry level position at our corporate office located in Basalt (Willits Town Center).  The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Accountant is responsible for client bank deposits; preparation of budget revenue spreadsheets; preparation of check mailings; bi-monthly payroll time review; generating monthly accounting reports (copy counts, stamp reports, mileage report, payroll review); monthly American Express reconciliation; preparation, editing, and updating monthly invoices; and other related functions.  Accounting degree or minimum of one year related experience preferred.  Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, AppFolio, Plate IQ, or other accounting software programs.  Compensation includes competitive hourly rate and benefits, paid vacation, 401(k), ski pass/wellness benefit, bonus opportunities, and profit-sharing.  Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $23.00.
