Maintenance Tech 1 – This position is an entry level position on our property services team based in the Aspen area and is full-time regular work. Candidate must have a basic knowledge of property maintenance requirements for all seasons in Colorado and possess some relevant experience/skills. This position involves driving company vehicles and candidate must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record. A successful candidate will present with a professional appearance and employ good interpersonal skills when communicating with others.
Seasonal Housekeeping – This part time position is 12-15 hours during the night shift, spanning 4-5 days per week, and is based in the Aspen area through the end of the Winter ski season in April 2018. Candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in cleaning common areas and bathrooms using conventional tools and cleaning agents. Schedule is flexible with start times after 5pm and days negotiable. This successful candidate will work independently without direct supervision and will not typically interact with guests.
