This is an entry level position on our property services team and is full-time work on a permanent basis. Candidates should have some basic knowledge of one or more of the following and be able to describe personal experience and/or skills that relate:  landscape maintenance requirements for the summer season in Colorado, exterior painting/staining of wood, snow removal, customer service. Maintenance Tech 2

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – HVAC Specialist

This is a full-time, year-round, mid-level management position. Position is located in the Mid-Valley area of the Roaring Fork Valley with an office location in Basalt. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – HVAC Specialist will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and performing minor repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings managed by The Romero Group.  Additional responsibilities may include RFP preparation, bid solicitations, proposal reviews, and implementation of capital projects for clients.  Individual will perform other related maintenance duties as assigned. Position requires extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment as well as experience in construction, electric, landscaping, maintenance, plumbing, repairs, and snow removal. Individual should have an analytical approach to problem-solving and a comfort level with computer systems, building automation systems, and HVAC technologies. Minimum requirement of one to two years’ experience in skilled maintenance, repair, and property management service including direct interaction and communications with clients and vendors. Candidate must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date. Position requires willingness to work weekends and to participate in paid On Call Rotation. Vocational training, HVAC on-the-job training, and/or technical certifications will be considered a plus for individuals interested in this position. Assistant Property Manager

This is a full-time position based onsite at a client property in downtown Aspen.  The Assistant Property Manager supports the association manager and onsite property management team as needed on projects and with the day-to-day operation of the property associations.  Major focus is on the administrative duties pertaining to communication with residents, owners, and board of directors for the associations.  Candidate must have strong organization and multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, eagerness to assist others, and desire to excel in a demanding fast-paced environment.  A minimum of two years’ professional HOA and property management experience is required with goals to further career in real estate/property management.  Based on performance, qualified candidates will have the ability to advance from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager.  Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other software programs.  Position eligible for full benefits package plus RFTA pass.  Potential employee housing opportunity available.  Salary range:  $65,000 to $75,000 plus $500 signing bonus.

Guest Services

This is an entry level position based in Aspen (Part-time, Weekends, and Holidays, Seasonal).  The Guest Services representative for The Romero Group performs a variety of tasks on behalf of our clients. Every TRG employee will spend their work hours contributing to the improvements of appearances and operations of the company’s client properties.  The guest services representative will primarily work independently or, on occasion, as part of a team depending on what is required based on circumstances; the guest services representative may work with TRG maintenance technicians, with TRG managers, with TRG housekeeping staff, or other TRG employees, as well as guests and/or property owners. Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $21.00.

Housekeeper

This is an entry level position on our housekeeping team.  Full-time and part-time positions available.  We are currently seeking candidates for a new property in the Mid Valley (Willits Town Center).  The Housekeeper will perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean environment and ensure that the assigned property is clean and sanitized for all users.  The housekeeper will primarily work independently at the assigned property to complete daily work assignments.  A successful candidate will present with a professional appearance and employ good interpersonal skills when communicating with others.  Permanent full-time employees are eligible for benefits which become available after the first full month of employment.  Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $22.00.

Administrative Assistant

This is a part-time, year-round, entry level position onsite at a property under management in Aspen.  The Administrative Assistant provides support to The Romero Group staff for the day-to-day administrative operation of the property management office and completes tasks associated with property-specific projects as needed.  The major focus of this individual is to staff the office and perform administrative duties pertaining to internal communications and activities of team members at this location.  The administrative assistant will work as part of a team.  A successful candidate will be detail oriented with the ability to handle a number of varied responsibilities.  One to two years’ work experience in an office environment helpful.  Days and hours of work are five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.  Schedule may be flexible.  Hourly rate range:  $18.00 to $21.00.
